General Information

items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. After this 7 day period there will begin a $2 per day storage fee and after 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item. All the regularly scheduled online sale items are located here at our office at 3350 Hanson St., Ft Myers, FL, 33916. Sales are conducted on our servers located in Grand Rapids, MI.

**Condition of online auction items**

All high bids are considered legal binding contracts and all sales are final. All items are sold "as is where is", with NO guarantee, warranty, or possible refund written, expressed, or implied. The working/running condition of an item may not be known and may not always be listed in the items description. Caveat Emptor. Buyer assumes legal risk for all inspection and condition of property. Sometimes we do know and list the condition of the items, but many times do not. There is a 3 day right to inspect boats only. Boats and personal watercrafts are sold in running condition (drive train and engine only) unless otherwise stated in the online description. On boat/watercraft sales only you will have 4 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE AUCTION to have it inspected by a CERTIFIED MARINE MECHANIC to bring any drive train or motor issue to the attention of a RepoSell Manager. A RepoSell Manager reserves the right to have the unit inspected by the own choice of mechanic to help determine the validity of the inspection provided by the buyer. No refunds will be given after the 4 days time frame from date of the auction! (Please note auction date NOT removal or date of payment) The 4 day inspection covers ONLY the following: Cracked Blocks, Compression on cylinders, and locked up lower units. This 4 day inspection does NOT cover the following: Transoms, Seals, Bearings, Tune ups or Cosmetic Defects to the boat or trailer, etc. Please note that for all conditions not covered in the 4 day inspection you will need to rely on your own personal inspections prior to bidding. Please note that all sales are final regardless of the purchase items condition, unless RepoSell Manager deems differently. Please note that if an item(s) is not paid for and picked up within 7 days from the date of the auction, unless specified otherwise in the items description or in writing from the auctioneer, the item(s) and bidder will be in default, and the item(s) may be resold by the auctioneer. Any deficiency will become the expense of the high bidder who defaulted. This amount will be immediately due and payable upon the resale of that item. The auctioneer will notify the defaulted bidder of this amount, and take any legal collection actions, including charging the credit card on file, and/or the use of an attorney or collection agency for this deficiency. Online Recovery Special Consignment Sales: (all consignments must be dropped off at no later than 9 days prior to the auction day)

Please call 616-606-5226 for the Approvals on all items that sell subject-to a seller reserve and we will be happy to assist you. does allow all registered bidders to place bids on items, it is possible for a seller to protect their equitable interest in an item they have for sale by bidding on it during the sale to reach their reserve price also. also reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller or for it’s own interests for profit or loss. If a titled vehicle legally requires brokerage, A $95.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. All wheeled vehicles must be transported under the power of a tow vehicle or trailer. Unless proof of insurance is provided, a vehicle may not be driven off the lot. The appropriate fees will be added to your invoice. Non-Florida Residents will pay the $95.00 Broker Fee and necessary fees according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Please note that buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. Title processing may take up to 15 business days.
